Each location will have a designated Hut Commander. The Hut Commander will give out court assignments; record results and enforce sportsmanship. All Players are expected to abide by the APTA sportsmanship Code of Conduct. There is NO COACHING during play. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. First offense will result in loss of game; a second offense will result in a default. If there is any hint of coaching going on by the courts, the Hut Commander has the authority to move the parents inside.
All players will get Tournament favors upon arrival, including a bag containing snacks and water. All teams will play for 2-3 hours BEFORE lunch. Please plan ahead and bring any extra food that you think your child may need in case they don’t go to lunch until 12:30.
Lunch for all participants will be at Canoe Brook Country Club (1108 Morris Turnpike, Summit, NJ 07901) following morning play. Parents can buy lunch which includes a salad option. Cash only.
No Jeans allowed at Canoe Brook.
All afternoon play will be within 15 minutes of Canoe Brook. All event finals will be played at The Short Hills Club in Short Hills, NJ. Tailgate with food for players and families will be from 2-4 pm.

Players will be emailed starting times and location (and start time if not 9:30 am). All information will also be posted on the Junior bog on Wed, March 1st. The Boys 15’s and 18’s will start No Earlier than 9:30. Play will conclude with all Finals at The Short Hills Club to be played between 2 and 6 pm. All finals will have Umpires.
Boys and girls 10’s will start with round robin play.
All other age groups will be tournament draws with all teams guaranteed three matches.
Saturday February 27th
Play starts at 9:30 for Boys 15’s and possibly Boys 18’s and Boys and Girls 10’s. All other group like- ly to start an hour or two later. If any age group has relatively few players, players might be told to go to lunch at 11:30 for check in and then start play at noon or 12:30.
Lunch and check in for all players will be at CANOE BROOK COUNTRY CLUB.
(Parents can pay cash for lunch which will include some healthy Salads).
