Our Year End National Rankings will be based on a Team's top two results. In addition, all Juniors will earn an Individual National Ranking also based on each player's top two individual results.
For the first time ever, we will award bonus points for out of state travel. The bonus will be equal to 25% of the points earned on the court. For example, if a player earns 20 points on the court and has travelled out of state, that player will get an additional 5 ranking points added to their point total (25% of 20 is 5) for a total of 25 points earned towards year end team and individual ranking.

If there are only two boys or two girls teams signed up for a ranking event, the tournament director will have those two teams play each other for 1st and 2nd place points. The tournament director will also have those teams or team play into the most appropriate of the other divisions being played. Ranking points earned by that team will be for the age group they signed up for.
If a team signed up for boys 10's and they were the only team entered or one of only 2 teams entered, they would play "up" into the 12's and earn the value of the ranking points for the 12 and under tournament towards their 10 and under ranking. Their ranking points earned that day will be the higher value of either the event entered (10's) or the event played (12's).
If one or two girls teams end up playing in a boys event, their national ranking points earned that day will be the higher point value of either the event entered or the event played. All players entered in a Ranking tournament will earn points.
